The collected and processed data are: name, email and phone number. Collection of these data is mandatory for Vigicube in order to provide customer reservation.

The collection of this data is necessary for VIGICUBE :

  • in handling the VIGICUBE - Customer relationship (execution of the order by VIGICUBE) ;
  • Sending information about Vigicube activities - newsletter subscription ;
  • the development of website consultation statistics ;
  • Marketing campaigns - prospection - competition games

Legal basis of data processing by Vigicube

The processing of personal data is based on the following legal basis :

  • the performance of pre-contractual measures or the contract when it works a treatment whose purpose is the management of the customer relationship with VIGICUBE - Customer.
  • the legitimate interest pursued by VIGICUBE when it pursues the following purposes: prospecting and animation ; statistics.
  • your consent particularly for the newsletter subscription.
  • compliance with legal and regulatory obligations when implementing a treatment whose purpose is: invoicing; accountability ; the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and anti-corruption training.

  • service providers or subcontractors that provide essentiel services for Vigicube offer (web host, maintenance company that collects overdated personal belongings for us after 72h) ;
  • state authorities ifthe law requires ;
